BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors of Rye Township, Perry County, Pennsylvania, that pursuant to the grant of powers set forth in the Second Class Township Code, the Board does hereby establish the following Schedule of Fees for the Township of Rye, Perry County, Pennsylvania, for the fiscal year beginning in 2009 and each calendar year thereafter until amended by resolution. Said fee schedule is as follows:
