ONLY FOR RESIDENTS OF RYE TOWNSHIP.  Held Rain or Shine. Annual Bulk Clean up will be held two days.  Friday hours are from 6 AM to 1:45 PM.  Gates close promptly at 2 PM.  Residents are permitted one 8 foot pick up truck sized load.  Bulk items must be brought to the Township for unloading in dumpsters located in the rear yard.  NO ELECTRONICS WILL BE ACCEPTED.  Acceptable items are:  old couches, chairs, lawn furniture, wooden furniture, lamps, washers, dryers, hot water heaters, refrigerators with the Freon removed; mowers, old weed wackers, old toys, tools, rugs etc.  Items not accepted:  gasoline, asbestos products:  shingles, fuel, paint cans with paint in them, shellacs, pool and lawn chemicals, treated lumber and batteries.  Four motor vehicle tires (car or pick up truck sized) per residence.  No large equipment or tractor  tires. Bring the stub from your last bill as proof of residency or another photo ID with you showing your current address in Rye.
